The Grand Ballroom has a $3,000.00 food and beverage minimum.
Once you meet your minimum then there is no room rental fee, however if
you do not meet your minimum, the difference becomes the room rental fee.
Please keep in mind that your cash bar on what your guests consume applies
towards your food and beverage minimum.
